welding shelters

We are a manufacturer of the highest quality welding shelters and tents, intended for welding pipelines during their assembly at the destination.

Thanks to the original design, which is based on many years of experience of our designers, the shelters we produce have all the necessary functionalities needed for welding pipes.

Thanks to the possibility of replacing the flange in the pipe hole, the shelters can be used for welding pipes of various diameters.

 

The shelters are adapted to be moved with a crane or excavator on the construction site, and the steel structure is equipped with a foldable floor. Thanks to this, after setting the shelter in the desired place and sealing the hole for the pipe inside, we create controlled welding conditions.

The tents are adapted to be moved with a crane or excavator.
The airtight, made of multi-layer board, roof provides protection against weather conditions.
After sealing the pipe hole inside the tent, we create controlled welding conditions.
The flange surrounding the pipe can be replaced, which makes it possible to weld pipes of different diameters.

What is important, each of the shelters is equipped with an extractor that continuously removes the generated fumes with adjustable fan speed and a set of 230V and 400V electrical sockets connected to an individual power switchboard installed in the shelter. This solution greatly facilitates not only the use of the shelter, but also its transport. All the necessary installations are inside, so there is no need to dismantle the shelter every time before moving it.
